The Foundation (Level 1) and Intermediate (Level 2) Award in Coaching Football course is now conducted by AKSDC in India (Pune) and will prepare you for life as a football coach.
This course provides an introduction to the organization and delivery of coaching sessions for players, providing practical drills and theoretical knowledge to develop technical skills and overall personality of the players. It is ideal for those who want to work with groups of young players or teams and is great introduction for absolutely anyone with an interest in football.
The different football qualifications run by FA Learning are open to everyone who is eligible and willing to improve their knowledge and experience of the game.

The course in India will allow coaches who move to ENGLAND (only within FA jurisdiction), to be considered as competent at the Technical requirements of a Level 1 coach. They can use it to support appropriate application to enrol on FA courses. Please note that as we develop the Intermediate and Licence Levels the same process will apply with regard to FA courses BUT they will not be allowed to be used in any way as evidence towards UEFA accredited awards and so will only have validity in England.

What sort of coach do you want to be? With FA Learning providing 47 different football qualifications, it can at first appear a bit confusing where to start There is the standard route of football coaching qualifications which progresses from Level One, Two and Three, building into the higher level UEFA A Licence and UEFA Pro Licence. The UEFA Pro Licence is the highest coaching qualification in the game, mandatory for all Premier League managers. FA Learning’s qualifications are build on each other. For example, you couldn’t take your Level 3 before you take your Level 2!
